This Master's Degree Course aims at helping individuals develop the necessary skills and knowledge to become effective managers in businesses and organizations.
It focuses on developing students' ability to evaluate and analyze external and internal data, as well as strategic decision-making in any business environment.

The Postgraduate program accepts graduates or holders of higher education diplomas from related disciplines. The program is offered in Greek.
Knowledge of a foreign language and good computer and internet skills would be beneficial for successful participation in the program.
Note:
Holders of a degree or diploma of higher education include graduates of Greek universities, polytechnics, the Higher School of Fine Arts, the Higher School of Pedagogical and Technological Education, Higher Technological Educational Institutions (ATEI), or those with academically equivalent first-cycle degrees from recognized foreign educational institutions. This is in accordance with article 304 of Law No. 4957/2022 (Government Gazette 141/21.07.2022, vol.).
Branding::
For evaluating applications to the Postgraduate Studies Program, it will be assessed whether the candidate’s institution is included in the National Register of Recognized Higher Education Institutions of Foreign Countries and whether the candidate’s degree is included in the National Register of Types of Degrees of Recognized Institutions of Foreign Countries.
If the degree is listed in article 307 of Law No. 4957/2022, the will request a “Certificate of Place of Study” issued and sent by the foreign university. If the place of study or part of the studies was in Greek territory, the degree will not be recognized unless the part of the studies conducted in Greek territory was in a public higher education institution or a recognized foreign educational institution as per paragraph b) of article 299 of Law No. 4957/2022.
The "Master in Business Administration" is structured over two (2) academic years, encompassing four (4) Modules and a Dissertation. For the award of the Master's Degree, the successful completion of all four Modules and the Dissertation is mandatory. The total number of credits (ECTS) required is 120 ECTS.

Guidelines on Module Selection
During the first year of study, students can select up to 3 modules as follows: Module MBA50 (if they wish to select one module), both modules MBA50 and MBA60 (if they wish to select two), or both modules MBA50 and MBA60 as well as one of MBA51 or MBA61 (if they wish to select three).
The Postgraduate Dissertation may be written during the same year as course module MBA51 or MBA61.
The maximum number of ECTS for full-time Modules/Postgraduate Dissertation cannot exceed 60 ECTS per year.
Thus, the program can be completed in two academic years.
The Postgraduate Dissertation can be defended only upon the completion of all four Modules of the program.
To be awarded a Master's degree, students must successfully complete four (4) Modules and write and successfully defend a Postgraduate Dissertation.
